2. How we use cookies
Candid Response uses cookies to sign hub users in securely, remember your cookie preference, and protect against abuse. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used in aggregate. That covers which pages people read, and which campaign link brought them here. We do not use advertising, behavioural profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not allow Google to use this data for advertising personalisation.

4. Cookie consent
When you first visit, we show a banner so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. Analytics is off until you accept: the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookie is written unless and until you choose Accept. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the hub cannot work without them. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. If you withdraw consent we stop collecting and clear the analytics cookies.
